Located at World Heritage site Pashupatinath temple area at Tilganga, Kathmandu in the vicinity of Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), The Soaltee Gate Gourmet is a premium flight kitchen division of Soaltee Hotel Limited that caters full meals per day to various international airlines. It is the first of its kind and Nepal's only state of art modern in-flight catering facility to serve in-flight catering services with facilities that match up to first-class international standards.
The Soaltee Gate Gourmet has the capacity of catering 3500 meals per day to an average of 12 flights on a daily basis. It caters to almost all International Airlines, including national flag carrier Nepal Airlines Corporation. The unit is a part of gategroup’s network of global catering facilities, with the Gate Gourmet brand, operational standards, and relevant corporate support functions.
Soaltee Westend Premier, Nepalgunj
Soaltee Westend Premier, only LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the most widely used green building rating system in the world) certified hotel in Nepal, located at Nepalgunj, one of the most significant and recognizable landmark standing proudly at the west end of Nepal. “Westend Premier” attracts local, international visitors and notable personalities. TECHNOLOGY USED:
- Orientation of the building is such that maximum of sunlight can be utilized, double glazed glass is used for proper insulation to limit exposure to heat and cold.
- Rain water harvesting, dual flush toilets, faucets and sensor operated taps helping conservation of water to the fullest.
- Radiant technology, proper insulation of ducts, VFD motors and solar PV panel for outdoor lights which are highly efficient and energy saving.
